Jack Dolan
Vice-President/ CFO & Principal

Jack is Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer of 6 Development, LLC and has been working in the real estate development and management fields with various clients and on his own since 1984. In addition, Jack has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1984, owning his own CPA practice since 1997. While in practice, his emphasis has been in construction accounting and tax planning for construction contractors and real estate developers. As part of his accounting and tax background, Jack has experience in numerous aspects of real property acquisition, development and construction and has represented investors and clients in purchasing real property and in 1031 and 1033 exchanges. Focused on the Finance and Investor Relations side of 6 Development's projects, Jack works closely with our Investors, Partners and Lenders.

Jack attended Reno High School and earned his accounting degree at the Cal-State Fullerton University in Fullerton, California in 1994, and has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1990.
