Brendan P. Egan
President & Chief Executive Officer

Brendan is the President and CEO of 6 development, LLC. He has been a real estate professional since 1985. Beginning in Southern California, he worked in commercial real estate brokerage throughout the Orange County and Los Angeles areas. In 1988, Brendan moved to Reno and began a 12-year career with one of the nation's largest and most respected developers, Dermody Properties.

In 2000, Brendan joined as a partner with Sierra Crest Equities, LLC, based in the Sacramento area. His responsibilities were to bring in new business and investors. In the three years with Sierra Crest, he helped the partnership grow to almost 4 million square feet of office and industrial buildings. Transactions were completed in California, Tennessee, Indiana, West Virginia and Georgia.

In 2003, seeing the need for small neighborhood centers in the Reno/ Sparks area, Brendan formed Timber Ridge Development, LLC. He and his partners developed some of the most recognizable projects in the area.

Starting in 2006, Brendan teamed up with long time friend Jack Dolan creating 6 Development, LLC. Together they have created a company based upon their similar philosophies of what a developer should be, customer driven, aggressive, competitive and fun. This friendship, started at the early age of 6 on the 1st grade playground is the namesake and inspiration of the company.
